The funny thing about Semiahmoo Resort is that during the entire time I went to college at Western Washington in Bellingham I never took a drive there to check it out even though the resort is less than hour away. Fast-forward many years later, photographing Kristin and Chris’s wedding was the first time I’ve been to the resort.  What an awesome place!  The scenic drive to the resort itself is worth the price of admission. Kristin is also a Western grad. She has a special place in her heart for this corner of Washington State so Semiahmoo Resort was the logical choice for the backdrop of her wedding.
