High school senior photos is one of my specialties even though the primary focus of my photography services is weddings and egagements.
I recently had the pleasure of photographing a high school senior portrait session for someone very special to me. From the time she was a baby, I have watched her grow into a beautiful young woman. Her name is Alyssa and she’s the daughter of dear friends that we travel and do fun things together.
For this photoshoot, we chose the lovely Marymoor Park in Redmond as our backdrop. It was a warm fall afternoon, the perfect time to capture the essence of Alyssa’s youthful spirit.
One of the things that made this session even more meaningful was the presence of Alyssa’s family. They were there, cheering her on and supporting her throughout the shoot. Since I know the entire family, the experience was fun for everyone.
As a photographer, it’s always a privilege to capture such important moments in people’s lives. High school senior portraits hold great significance, as they symbolize the transition into adulthood and the beginning of a new chapter. Seattle and Redmond provide stunning locations for these portraits, with their natural PNW beauty and unique urban landscapes. Some of my favorite locations are Washington Park Arboretum, Discovery Park, and Luther Burbank Park in Mercer Island.
The images we captured that day reflect Alyssa’s personality, her achievements, and the joy she radiates as she embarks on this exciting new journey. It is my hope that these photographs will serve as treasured memories for Alyssa and her loved ones for years to come.
